Anita Paye, M.Ed, serves as the Assistant Vice President for Finance Administration & Initiatives and Chief of Staff at Emory University since July 2012. In this role, Anita is responsible for fostering staff engagement initiatives within the Finance Division, leading a Zero-Based Budget initiative, and collaborating on optimization strategies to align resources with Emory’s mission. Anita's experience includes a progression of leadership roles in finance administration at Emory, including Senior Director of Finance Administration, and prior roles at Emory Healthcare as a Senior Accountant. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Global Training and Development from Northcentral University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
