Betty Willis

Betty Willis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Associate Vice President at Emory University since March 1996, Betty also holds positions as Executive Director of Clifton Community Partnership and President of Clifton Corridor Transportation Management Association, both from 2009 and 2005, respectively. Previous roles include Assistant Director of Government Relations at the Association for Psychological Science and Legislative Analyst at the Society for Neuroscience. Betty's early career includes significant positions such as Washington Office Director for the State of Georgia and Senior Legislative Assistant & Case Director for U.S. Congressman Charles Hatcher. Educational achievements include a B.S. from Radford University, participation in the HERS Management Institute for Women in Higher Education at Wellesley College, and ongoing studies at The Wharton School and George Washington University, along with advanced legislative training from the Congressional Research Service.
