Brad Slutsky

Brad Slutsky serves as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Emory University and Emory Healthcare since May 2024. Prior to this role, Brad was the Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Red Ventures, overseeing legal operations for a multi-billion dollar international company specializing in digital marketing and various sectors, from financial services to technology. Brad also served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Corpay, Inc., a global provider of payment products, and held the position of Vice President/Chief Counsel at Qualcomm, overseeing diverse functions such as research and venture capital. Before transitioning to corporate legal roles, Brad was a Partner at King & Spalding, focusing on intellectual property and technology, and started as a Law Clerk for a United States District Court Judge. Brad holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and a B.A. in Business Economics from Brown University.
