Inger Garnett

Inger Garnett serves as the Senior Director of Administrative Operations for the Chief Administrative Officer at Emory University since July 2019 and previously held the role of Director of Strategic Operations in the Office of Research Administration. Prior experience includes Vice President of Medical Policy Operations at Cotiviti, where responsibilities encompassed managing the pre-payment process for healthcare insurance clients. Inger also directed quality and training at iHealth Technologies and held various management positions at the American Cancer Society, McKesson, and Dekalb Medical Center. A Navy Medical Service Corps Officer earlier in the career, Inger has a strong background in healthcare administration, underscored by a Master of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Spelman College.
