Madi Olivier

Madi Olivier is an undergraduate student at Emory University, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Currently serving as an Undergraduate Research Assistant since September 2022, Madi has contributed to bibliometric analyses on sex integration in biomedical research and participated in research related to the NIH's sex as a biological variable policy, resulting in a manuscript published in "Biology of Sex Differences." Madi has also held various editorial roles, including Editor-in-Chief and Managing Editor, at The Emory Wheel, overseeing multiple sections and contributing to diversity initiatives. Additionally, Madi volunteers as a crisis counselor for The Trevor Project and has gained experience as a summer intern with Trauma Support Services and as a gymnastics camp coach at Excite! Gym & Cheer.
