Shoba Mallik

Shoba Mallik is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in automation and technology management, currently serving as the Director of Strategic RPA at Emory University since September 2012. In this role, Shoba has developed and implemented automation strategies that align with the university's vision and financial goals while establishing governance frameworks and performance metrics for successful automation delivery. Previously, Shoba managed technology changes related to Emory's travel vendor transition and led the implementation of the PeopleSoft Travel and Expenses module. Prior experience includes serving as an Application Engineer at Provade and as a Senior Analyst at Radiant Systems, where Shoba led teams in implementing key technology projects.
