Katrina Musngi has a diverse work experience in various customer service and management roles. Katrina started their career in 2010 as a Customer Service Representative at Nordstrom. Katrina then worked at Archstone as a Customer Service Associate and later as a Leasing Manager. In 2013, they joined Internet Brands as an Account Executive and then moved on to H.G. Fenton Company as a Leasing Marketing Manager. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at Dutch, LLC dba Joie, Current/Elliott and Equipment, first as an E-Commerce Customer Service Representative and later as a Supervisor. Katrina then served as a Customer Service Manager at Yoobi and further expanded their e-commerce customer service experience at FRAME as an E-Commerce Customer Service Manager. In 2017, they joined Beyond Meat as a Consumer Care Manager. Most recently, they have been working at Emotive, where they have held various roles such as Senior Customer Success Manager, Head of Customer Success, Director of Customer Success, Director of Customer Programs & Strategy, and currently as the Sr. Director of Customer Success & Marketing.

Katrina Musngi obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing, from San Diego State University. Katrina completed their undergraduate studies from 2006 to 2010.
