Guy-Alexis GENETAY has a diverse work experience. Guy-Alexis began their career in 2017 as a Stage Exécutant at Renault ACI, where they worked on the machining lines for brake discs. In 2018, they served as Vice President of the Association of Arts et Métiers Bordeaux, overseeing legal responsibilities for 18 affiliated associations. In 2019, Guy-Alexis joined Groupe PSA as an Intern Engineer, specializing in performance improvement for the stamping production unit. Later that year, they joined Emotors as a Digital Manufacturing Engineer, managing the integration of production line projects and developing standardized data models. In 2022, they became the Technology Watch and Standardization Team Leader within the AIDA team, overseeing simulation projects and the implementation of a Digital Twin for the workshop. Currently, Guy-Alexis is a Manufacturing Operation Management Project Leader at Emotors.
Guy-Alexis GENETAY has a strong education background in engineering. From 2014 to 2016, they attended Lycée Montaigne Bordeaux, where they completed Classes préparatoires aux grandes écoles (CPGE) with a focus on PCSI - PSI. Following this, they enrolled in Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers from 2016 to 2018, earning a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Ingénierie généraliste à dominante mécanique. Then, from 2018 to 2019, they continued their studies at the same institution, Arts et Métiers ParisTech, and obtained another Diplôme d'ingénieur, this time in Ingénierie mécatronique, robotique et automatisation.
