Melissa Cavaliere Hodgson

Melissa Cavaliere Hodgson, MPA, MA, currently serves as the Academic Dean at Empowerment Academy Charter School in Jersey City, NJ, since May 2023. Previously, Melissa held various positions at edWeb.net from April 2017 to May 2023, including Manager of Professional Learning, Manager of Member Services, and Professional Learning Consultant. Prior experience includes serving as the Supervisor of Curriculum & Instruction at Montgomery High School from August 2013 to June 2021, and teaching History and Social Sciences at Wayne Valley High School and Saint Dominic Academy from September 2001 to June 2013. Melissa's educational credentials include a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Saint Peter's University, as well as two Master's degrees in Public Administration from Seton Hall University.
