Nautrie Jones

Nautrie Jones is a seasoned educational leader with extensive experience in teacher development, organizational growth, and operational management. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Empact Work, Nautrie is dedicated to improving workplace culture and supporting talent leaders. As Board Chair of 3D Girls, Inc. and Principal Consultant at Edgility Consulting, Nautrie continues to influence educational organizations. Previous roles include Managing Director of Teacher Leadership Development at Teach for America, where strategic training programs were designed and implemented, and Director of Teacher Leadership Development for Teach For America Metro-Atlanta. Nautrie's career began in instructional roles, including an impactful tenure at Atlanta Public Schools, where successful school transformation initiatives were launched. Nautrie holds a Master of Education from Cambridge College and a Bachelor of Arts in Child Development from Texas Woman's University.
