Kate Lieberman

Kate Lieberman, PA-C, currently serves as Sr. Director of Clinical Operations at Empassion Health, a role commenced in January 2025. Prior to this position, Kate held various leadership roles at Sollis Health, including Director of Virtual Care for the East Coast and Director of Care Coordination in New York, where responsibilities included overseeing telemedicine and care coordination teams. Kate's experience also encompasses a role as Director of Patient Experience at One Medical and urgent care provider roles at NYU Langone Health, Premise Health, and Mercer Street Medical, with a focus on adult and pediatric care, women's health, and urgent care procedures.
