Crystal Rivera

Crystal Rivera, PharmD, CPh, is a seasoned pharmacy professional currently serving as the Pharmacy Manager and Pharmacy Supervisor at Empath Health since February 2021. With a strong foundation in pharmacy practice, Crystal held various roles at CVS Health from February 2013 to February 2021, including Staff Pharmacist, Graduate Pharmacist Intern, Pharmacy Intern, and Pharmacy Technician. In addition to practical experience, Crystal contributes as a Board Member for the Latin American Missions Board, Inc., a mission-based non-profit, since February 2016. Crystal also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Purdue University from August 2016 to May 2018, where responsibilities included teaching pharmacy communication skills and guiding new PharmD students in their academic paths. Crystal obtained a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from Purdue University in 2019 and completed secondary education at Huntington North High School from 2005 to 2009.
