Lori Williams

Lori Williams, RN, MPA/H, CPHQ, CHCE, is the Vice President of Quality at Empath Health. She joined Empath Health in March 2022. Williams is focused on collaborating with leaders and staff of all the organization’s service lines to build a data-driven, continual improvement culture for quality and customer experience. She is an experienced senior operation and quality healthcare executive. Prior to joining Empath Health, Williams served as national vice president of hospice and palliative care for Trinity Health at Home in Livonia, Mich. She also was national vice president of hospice practice and quality at both Amedisys in Baton Rouge, La., and Kindred Healthcare in Louisville, Ky. Williams received her Master in Public Administration/Healthcare Administration from Suffolk University in Boston and her Bachelor of Science in Professional Arts/Healthcare Administration from Saint Joseph’s College in Windham, Maine. She is a member of the Hospice Quality Advisory Board in the National Association of Homecare. Williams has a passion for travel and photography.
