Saida Bouhamid

Saida Bouhamid, MBA-Finance, ACHE, is the Chief Mission Financial Officer. Saida leads the organization’s finance, accounting, reimbursement, managed care, forecasting, accounts payable, payroll and purchasing functions. Saida joined Tidewell Hospice, a member of Empath Health, in 1998 and became Chief Financial Officer in 2010. She was named Tidewell’s Chief Operating Officer in 2015 and Empath Health’s Chief Mission Financial Officer in 2021. She has more than 20 years of experience in reimbursement and financial management in the healthcare industry. Saida worked in the accounting department at Bon Secours Venice Hospital and served as Director of Operations at Premier Home Medical, also in Venice. She has a Master of Business Administration and Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Accounting, both from Webster University.
