Cristina D'Evola has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and people strategy. Cristina is currently serving as the Director of People and Culture at Empatica since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of People Strategy at Sintetica SA from 2021 to 2022. From 2017 to 2021, they held the role of Head of Global People Strategy at Zambon, where they were responsible for defining the People Strategy of the Group and supporting talent management and digital transformation projects. Before that, they worked at Gruppo Mondadori as the Responsabile sviluppo, formazione e selezione di Gruppo in 2016. Cristina also has experience as the Head of Talent Development Center and Account Manager at MIP Politecnico di Milano from 2013 to 2016. Cristina started their career at Vodafone IT in 1998, where they held various roles in HR and training, including HR - Account Training Commercial Operation and Team Leader Customer Care.
Cristina D'Evola has a diverse education history. In 2000 to 2008, they attended the University of Pisa, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Scienze Giuridiche (Juridical Sciences). Following this, in 2009, they pursued a Master's degree in "HR Business Partner" at the Sole24ore. In 2012 to 2013, Cristina completed a Master's program in "One Hr Professional" at Vodafone in collaboration with the Universita' Statale di Milano. Additionally, in 2013, they pursued a Master's in Management della Formazione (Management of Training) at Sole24Ore.
Cristina obtained an additional certification in Human Centered Design from IDEO in May 2020.
