Swetha Ramachandran

Swetha Ramachandran has a diverse range of work experience. Swetha most recently worked at EMPClaims as a Customer Success Manager starting in June 2021. Prior to that, they worked at athenahealth as an Associate Operations Manager from September 2018 to April 2020. Swetha also held the role of Assistant Manager at MiraMed Ajuba - A Global Services Company from May 2007 to September 2018. Before that, they worked at Sitel as a Technical Support Agent from December 2006 to May 2007.

Swetha Ramachandran attended Bharathiar University from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science and Biotechnology. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Agile Foundations and Project Management Foundations from LinkedIn in April 2020.
