Sanjeev Kumar Gupta

Sanjeev Kumar Gupta is currently an advisor and board member for Empe Diagnostics in India. Sanjeev has over 15 years of experience in the quality and regulatory affairs field for diagnostic kits, diagnostic antigens, and diagnostic antibodies. Prior to their current position, Gupta was the president of quality and regulatory affairs at Advy from December 2017 to February 2020. From October 2012 to February 2015, they served as general manager of QA/RA at Span Diagnostics Limited where they were responsible for corporate quality guidance, product validation, CAPA, risk management, and QMS training. From December 2004 to September 2012, Gupta served as head of QA/RA at Yashraj Biotechnology Limited. Sanjeev also spent two years as director of quality at Abbott Rapid Diagnostics from March 2016 to December 2017.

Sanjeev Kumar Gupta received their post doctoral fellowship from the University of Oxford in Innate Immunology. Sanjeev also holds a research doctorate from the Indian Institute of Technology in Biotechnology. Furthermore, they have a Master's degree in Biosciences from IIT Roorkee and a BSc in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from SSV College Hapur. Sanjeev also has certification from Quality Council of India (QCI) in ISO17021 Lead Assessor, BSI India in Lead Auditor ISO 13485, and BSI in Product Life Cycle Risk Management.
