Christopher Smith

Christopher Smith is the founder and principal of Empellor CRM, a company that provides customer relationship management software. Prior to starting Empellor, Christopher was a consultant with their own firm, Christopher Smith Consulting, LLC, where they provided management and technology consulting services to manufacturing, financial services, and healthcare companies. Christopher also served as vice president of operations at Integrated Financial Systems, Inc., where they were responsible for customer relationships, sales support functions, implementation of products and services, customer service, technology, product development, marketing, and ongoing account management.

Christopher Smith has a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Rutgers University, a Master of Business Administration and MS in Information Systems from the University of Colorado Denver, and an Executive Education in Process Design for Strategic Management from the MIT Sloan School of Management. Christopher also has Microsoft Certifications in MB-210 Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales and MB-200 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Core.
