Susan Suhr

Susan Suhr is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in member experience and business development. Currently serving as AVP of Member Experience at Empeople Credit Union since April 2005, Susan has successfully managed all aspects of branch operations, including account openings and consumer loan processing. Prior experience includes working as a Real Estate Loan Originator at Northwest Bank & Trust Company and as an Assistant Manager at Eddie Bauer, where responsibilities included training sales staff and conducting performance reviews. Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Communications from the University of Northern Iowa.
