Herbert Dwyer

Herbert Dwyer is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in technology, venture capital, and cleantech programming. As Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of EMPEQ since December 2017, Dwyer has been instrumental in creating the Instant Equipment Insight marketplace. Currently, Dwyer serves as an IMPEL Innovator for the U.S. Department of Energy, focusing on tech-to-market initiatives, and as a Guest Lecturer for the Green Technology Innovation Fellows Program at Cornell University. Additional roles include Venture Partner at The Veteran Fund, Senior Mentor at Life Changing Labs, Advisor at Lifeboat Ventures, and President and Chief Strategic Advisor of Herbert Dwyer Consulting, LLC. Dwyer holds dual MBA degrees from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and Smith School of Business at Queen's University, as well as a Bachelor of Science from Rochester Institute of Technology.
