Patricia Delahunty (CIPD) has a wealth of experience in the Human Resources field. Patricia began her career as a University Lecturer at University College Cork in 2017, teaching Spanish as part of the Bursary Scholarship during her Masters in Translation Studies. In 2019, she held a Work Placement as an Assistant Psychologist and Administrative Management at Animam Psicología Integral, where she implemented Development Plans for individual therapy sessions and drove workshops in private schools on topics such as mental health, anxiety management, social skills, and bullying. That same year, she also worked as an English Teacher at SYM Up2U English School, where she enabled English lessons in group and individual 1-1 classes. In 2020, she held an Administrative Management and Recruitment role at BER Assessors Kilkenny. In 2021, she began working in her own business as a Self Development Coach and Organisational Advisor & Consultant, empowering others to build their own self confident blueprint and discover their innate strengths & capabilities through workshops, mentoring, and personalised programmes. Patricia also held a Human Resources Specialist role at Apple, where they supported the HR Spanish Specialist team to answer employee queries in a fast-paced environment and provided employees with information regarding compensation, job benefits, and working conditions. Finally, they are currently a People Manager and Talent Acquisition at Emperia, where their priority is to improve wellbeing within the current team to make sure that each person is looked after when they need it the most, and to attain the best job-person fit.

Patricia Delahunty has an extensive education history. She began her educational journey in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Psychology and Spanish from University College Cork, which she completed in 2017. Patricia then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Translation Studies (Spanish) from the same university, which she completed in 2018. In 2019, she obtained a Developmental Psychology degree from ESNECA Business School in Developmental and Child Psychology. Patricia then enrolled in a Life Coach Training program at the Life Coach Training Institute, which they are still pursuing. Most recently, in 2020, she obtained a Master of Science - MS in Human Resource Management from University College Cork, and she continues her learning in coaching and mentoring best practices as well as learning more about wellbeing.
