Sean Domineske is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in managing complex systems and application development across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Platform Services at Emperion since April 2024, Sean previously held multiple senior roles at Nationwide, where responsibilities included overseeing maintenance of applications and leading platform modernization activities. Sean’s experience spans leadership positions at Cigna Insurance Services, where significant contributions included replacing claim systems and establishing a service-oriented architecture, as well as key roles at AstraZeneca, BetzDearborn/Hercules Chemical Co., CoreTech, Towers Perrin, PC Concepts, and ARCO Chemicals, showcasing a strong track record in driving organizational efficiencies and technology transformations. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from La Salle University, complemented by membership in the Society for Information Management.
