Angelika Vlachou

Angelika Vlachou is a board member at Emperra. Angelika has also served on the boards of 4TEEN4 Pharmaceuticals GmbH, Adrenomed AG, Caterna, and SphingoTec. From April 2019 to July 2021, they were senior investment manager at Brandenburg Kapital GmbH. Prior to that, they were a board member at Emperra GmbH E-Health Technologies. From January 2017 to April 2019, they served on the board (observer) of Immunic Therapeutics. Angelika is also a member of the Advisory Board MBA Programme at the University of Potsdam. Angelika has over 20 years of experience in interim management and consulting for biotech, MedTech and Pharma companies.

Angelika Vlachou has a PhD in Medical Virology and Molecular Biology from the Justus-Liebig-Universität Gießen, where they earned a final grade of "summa cum laude". Angelika also holds an MBA in BioMedTech from the University of Potsdam, with a final grade of "very good (1.3)", and a Dipl.-Biol. in Biology from the Justus-Liebig-Universität Gießen.
