Espen Nygård

Espen Nygård is an experienced professional in the field of technology, currently serving as Avdelingsleder/Seniorkonsulent at Systek AS since May 2014 and as CTO & Co-founder at Empida since January 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Consultant at Netlight AS and Senior Software Engineer at Accenture, where notable work involved the Norwegian pension system at NAV. Nygård has also contributed to the development of a biometric credit card system at OrigoID AS and provided technical support at NTNU. With a Master's degree in Computer Science focused on Intelligent Systems from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Nygård demonstrated a strong foundation in technology through various internships and roles.
