Sarah Marrs

Sarah Marrs is a strategic advisor with extensive experience in employee experience and product strategy. Currently serving as a Strategic Advisor at CircleLytics ACI & Dialogue and a Consulting Advisor at Empida, Sarah previously held multiple key roles at Qualtrics, including Director of EX Product Science and Head of EX Product Science, where significant contributions were made to product development and organizational growth. Prior to Qualtrics, Sarah worked at Tesco PLC in People Insight and held various project management positions at Hay Group, Kenexa, and Alexander Mann Solutions. Sarah holds a Professional Doctorate in Evidence-Based HR Management from Birkbeck, University of London, among other degrees.
