Empieza Por Educar
ExE is a social foundation that belongs to the international network: Teach for All, that currently has 36 partners around the world. Its goal is to ensure that all children, starting with the most vulnerable ones, will have the opportunity to reach accomplished lives through education. ExE recruits talented graduates from different disciplines to commit to a two-year leadership program which aims to empower participants both in the short term—by being effective and inspiring teachers—and in the long-term—by becoming educational change agents from multiple sectors This two-year leadership development program for graduates committed to educational equity has two components. On one hand, it has a professional component, working as teachers in vulnerable environment schools. On the other hand, it has a formative component through an extensive training program that develops a great variety of competences and skills via seminars, workshops, projects, international experiences and exchanges. During the program, we also provide fellows with a mentor and learning communities. After the two years, we not only support participants for working as change agents in classrooms and schools, but also in the third sector, government and the private sector, contributing to the educational equality from different areas. Our commitment with society and participants goes beyond the duration of the program. Join ExE and build a better future for hundreds of children and for you!
