Iyad Darcazallie

Iyad Darcazallie is the EVP of Corporate Development at EmpInfo. Iyad has over 18 years of experience in corporate development and strategy, including leading acquisition and investment activities for HP's $19B Services business unit. Iyad has completed transactions totaling $14.3B in the US, Europe and India. Prior to joining EmpInfo, Iyad was the COO & EVP of Corporate Development at LUMEDX and the CFO & COO at Roostify.

Iyad Darcazallie has an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, a MS in Structural Engineering, Mechanics and Materials from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BS in Architectural Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Iyad is also certified as a Professional Engineer (PE) Civil from the State of California.
