Daniela Garcia is a seasoned real estate development professional with a focus on managing large-scale projects. Currently serving as a Real Estate Development Manager at Empira Group since April 2022, Daniela oversees the development of multiple residential properties, including an 85-unit project at 3025 SW 3rd Ave and a 370-unit project at 701 N Pearl St. Prior experience includes roles as a Development Associate at Freddie Mac and a Senior Underwriting Analyst at Garcia Development Group LLC.
