Before their current roles, they worked as a Customer Experience Consultant and then as the Head of Sales & Customer Experience at Safety Champion Software. Brendan also held positions at think!, ECCO Safety Group - Asia Pacific, Health Station Group, and MJ Flood Technology, where they gained experience in sales, customer experience, and project management. Brendan also holds a Diploma of International Management from the Open Training Institute, which they obtained in February 2016.
