Brendan Tremble

Brendan Tremble GAICD has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Brendan is currently working as a Principle Consultant at CX LOOP, where they focus on helping businesses understand and improve customer experience. Prior to this, Brendan served as a Non-Executive Director at Empiraa, a Co-Founder at Frazer Tremble - Recruitment & Consulting, and a Customer Experience Director at Go Girl, Go for IT - Vic ICT for Women. Before their current roles, they worked as a Customer Experience Consultant and then as the Head of Sales & Customer Experience at Safety Champion Software. Brendan also held positions at think!, ECCO Safety Group - Asia Pacific, Health Station Group, and MJ Flood Technology, where they gained experience in sales, customer experience, and project management. Overall, Brendan's work experience showcases their expertise in customer experience, consulting, sales, and leadership.

Brendan Tremble GAICD's education history includes a Diploma of Management from the Open Training Institute, which they obtained from 2015 to 2016. Their field of study was Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, they attended Coolmine Community School from 2000 to 2006, where they completed their high school education.

In addition to their formal education, Brendan has obtained several certifications. This includes completing the Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors in January 2023. Brendan also served as a judge at the International Customer Experience Awards organized by Awards International in November 2020 and the North American Customer Centricity Awards organized by ARCET Global in September 2020. Brendan has also obtained the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the Lean Sigma Institute in January 2017, and the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from the same institution in January 2016. Brendan also holds a Diploma of International Management from the Open Training Institute, which they obtained in February 2016.
