Laura Frazer

Laura Frazer's work experience includes co-founding and serving as the Managing Director of Frazer Tremble, a talent agency focused on transforming the future of business and people. Laura also worked as a Director at CX Loop, where they helped businesses understand the importance of customer experience and developed a bespoke approach to CX consulting. Additionally, they served as a Non-Executive Director at Empiraa.com, a SaaS platform for SME businesses. Prior to these roles, Laura worked at Ampersand International as a Senior Principal Consultant and Principal Consultant, specializing in project services and process improvement. Laura also worked at Project Resource Partners as a Senior Consultant, covering various roles in business analysis, project management, and organizational development.

Laura Frazer obtained their Bachelor of Science Honors degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Ulster University, where they studied from 2004 to 2007. Laura pursued further education in 2015 at the Institute for Quality Management, where they completed a Lean Six Sigma Project Professional - Yellow Belt certification.
