Synne Wing

Synne Wing has a diverse work experience across multiple industries.

Starting in 1996, Synne worked as an Undergraduate Summer Intern at the Department of Veteran Affairs, where they managed a research database and observed therapy sessions.

In 1998, Synne volunteered as a Recreational Therapies Volunteer at Provident Skilled Nursing Home, assisting elderly individuals with crafts and improving their self-esteem.

From 1999 to 2000, Synne was a Student Intern at St. Elizabeth's Comprehensive Addiction Program, providing substance abuse counseling and leading therapy groups.

In 1997, Synne began working at Advocates, Inc. as a Mental Health Counselor, where they developed treatment plans and provided crisis intervention to the chronically mentally ill. Synne went on to become a Clinical Program Manager, supervising staff and maintaining the clinical integrity of a supported housing program.

Starting in 2002, Synne worked at North Central Human Services as a Psychiatric Emergency Services Clinician, conducting crisis interventions and evaluations for individuals with mental illness and substance abuse issues.

In 2003, Synne joined Inflexxion, Inc. as a Project Manager, overseeing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships. Synne later became a Product Manager, collaborating on the business plan and strategy for pain products. In 2015, they served as the Manager of Medical Affairs, collaborating with the Vice President to develop educational content and manage projects.

From 2016 to 2020, Synne worked at UnitedHealth Group as a Project Manager, responsible for managing project budgets, plans, and vendor relationships.

In 2019, Synne started their own business, Synnergy Elite Coaching, LLC, where they worked as a High Performance and Life Balance Coach until 2021.

Currently, Synne is the Vice President of Clinical Operations and Client Services at EmpiraMed, where they oversee clinical operations and client services.

Synne Wing completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Wheaton College Massachusetts from 1993 to 1997. Synne then pursued a Master of Social Work degree from Boston University, specializing in Social Work, from 1999 to 2001.
