Jarrod Kolbe

Jarrod Kolbe is an experienced IT Support Specialist currently employed at Empire Candle Co., LLC since August 2019. In this role, responsibilities include troubleshooting outages for over 40 office staff, managing the provisioning and maintenance of more than 100 computers and other devices, and installing and configuring network software and hardware. Jarrod collaborates with third-party partners to ensure secure VPN and server access while also training junior IT personnel and assisting with upgrades and projects. Previously, Jarrod worked as Desktop Support at American National from January to May 2019. Jarrod holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Missouri State University, earned in 2019, and a diploma from Hermann High School, completed in 2015.
