Kristine Stankus has over 30 years of work experience in various human resources and administration roles. Kristine began their career in 1986 as a Volunteer-Community Development Worker for the Peace Corps. Kristine then worked as an Assistant Coordinator-Personnel Duties at Des Moines Public Schools-Metro Kids Care from 1995 to 1998. From 1998 to 2000, they served as an Assistant-Human Resources at Orchard Place-Child Guidance Center. Kristine then moved on to become the Director of Human Resources at MICDS from 2000 to 2002. Following that, they worked as the Director of Administration at Agency for Community Transit from 2002 to 2013. From 2013 to 2014, they held the position of Human Resources Manager at Specialty Granules Inc. Currently, they serve as the Vice President Human Resources at Empire Comfort Systems, a role they have held since 2014.
