Alex Levchenkov

Alex Levchenkov, MBA, CPA, CMA, currently serves as the Vice President of Finance and Accounting for Land Development at Empire Communities since November 2024. Prior to this role, Alex held various finance positions at KingSett Capital from March 2016 to November 2024, including Director of Finance and responsibilities for accounting, reporting, and budgeting for private equity real estate investment funds and a portfolio of commercial and residential properties. Previous experience includes managing property accounting at RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust, serving as a Financial Planning Consultant at Investors Group Financial Services Inc., and teaching as an Adjunct Management Faculty at Maharishi University of Management. Alex's educational background includes multiple degrees in accounting and management, supplemented by certifications in management accounting.
