Jamie Way's work experience includes positions at various companies in the music and marketing industry. Starting in 2008, Jamie worked as an Account Manager at Ecast, where they managed over one hundred label accounts and facilitated licensing agreements. In 2011, Jamie became the Digital Operations Manager at Ingrooves Music Group, focusing on mobile operations. From 2014 to 2015, Jamie served as the Director of Business Development at Swell Music + Sound, creating sales strategies and cultivating client relationships. Additionally, in 2012, Jamie co-founded the Andrew S. Way Music Foundation, which aimed to support composition, education, and performance of new music. Jamie also had experience as a freelance eCommerce Marketing Manager and Producer, working with Quannum Projects and Oslo Records. They were responsible for product development, marketing strategy, and licensing. In 2015, Jamie worked as a Senior Content Manager at Audible, Inc., where they led the development of a B2B content and distribution strategy. In 2016, they joined Sparkart Group as a Senior Marketing Manager, focusing on eCommerce. After that, Jamie worked as a Senior Marketing Manager at eDriving, developing eCommerce LTV strategies and leading efforts in email strategy, product lifecycle, and paid acquisition. Finally, since 2018, Jamie has been a Co-Founder of We Are Louder, and in 2019, they also became the Head of eCommerce Marketing and Strategy at EMPIRE - Distribution | Recordings | Publishing.

Jamie Way completed an Associate of Arts Degree in Business at Diablo Valley College from 2000 to 2003. Subsequently, from 2005 to 2007, Jamie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Entrepreneurship/Business Management from San Francisco State University. In February 2019, Jamie also obtained a certification in Google Ad Words from Google Ads.
