Mark Bonifacio, MBA, CLSSYB has a wide range of experience in the music industry, marketing, and media. Mark currently works as a Marketing Consultant at Empire, where they specialize in the Philippine market. Previously, Mark worked as a Marketing Consultant for various artists and record labels at blackstar Asia, including well-known acts like Yung Bae, Duran Duran, Kylie Minogue, and Arctic Monkeys. Mark also worked as a Line Producer at Ivory Music & Video and has self-employed experience as a Marketing Consultant.

Before that, Mark had roles as a Music Columnist at The Manila Times and as a Domestic Label Marketing Manager at Universal Music Group. In their role at Universal Music Group, they successfully marketed and managed album releases for key domestic artists, increasing sales and achieving multiple platinum and gold certifications. Additionally, they worked regionally across Asia as a repertoire owner, successfully releasing and selling over 450,000 albums in the region.

Mark began their career as a Correspondent and Contributor for Super and 2bU at the Philippine Daily Inquirer. Mark also worked at Sony Music Entertainment as a Television & Print Media Coordinator and at BMG Records (Pilipinas), Inc. as a Marketing Assistant.

Mark Bonifacio received their Bachelor of Science in Commerce, with a focus on Marketing Management, from San Beda College in 2001. In 2019, they pursued further education in digital marketing, completing a Master's program in Digital Marketing at eScils and attending executive education courses at Columbia Business School. In 2020, Mark enrolled in an MBA program at Regis University and Ateneo Graduate School of Business, expected to be completed in 2022. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including a Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Divergenz Training and Consulting and various digital marketing certifications from eScils and Stukent.
