Tina Davis

Tina Davis is an accomplished music industry professional with extensive experience in artist and repertoire (A&R) management. Currently serving as President at EMPIRE since January 2018, Tina Davis has held various leadership roles including SVP and VP of A&R. Additionally, Tina Davis has been the President of Phase Too, Inc. since January 2004, and previously worked as Sr VP of A&R at Island Def Jam Music Group from 1993 to 2004. Tina Davis holds a degree from Grambling State University, where studies were completed from 1989 to 1992.
