Carolina C. Estrada currently serves as a Program Specialist at Empire Justice Center since November 2020, while also volunteering at the Roman Catholic Diocese of Rochester since January 2019. Previous experience includes roles as a Coach at Beachbody from December 2017 to November 2019, and managerial positions at Trillium Health, where Carolina held roles as Manager of Grant Care Management and Supervisor of Care Management from August 2014 to December 2017. Earlier positions include Program Assistant/Facilitator at Volunteers of America of Western New York, Spanish Tutor/Blogger as a self-employed professional, and Program Advisor at Bally Total Fitness. Carolina has also worked as Resident Manager at QH Gardens, overseeing property management and construction projects, and as Executive Director at Family Assessment Counseling and Educational Services, where development of community programs was a key responsibility. Carolina holds a Certification from LLPD (2015) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Universidad Ricardo Palma (2000).
