Carolina C. Estrada currently serves as a Program Specialist at Empire Justice Center since November 2020, while also volunteering at the Roman Catholic Diocese of Rochester since January 2019. Carolina has also worked as Resident Manager at QH Gardens, overseeing property management and construction projects, and as Executive Director at Family Assessment Counseling and Educational Services, where development of community programs was a key responsibility. Carolina holds a Certification from LLPD (2015) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Universidad Ricardo Palma (2000).
