Nancy Leonard

Nancy Leonard has over 30 years of experience in the banking and finance industry. Nancy began their career in 1985 as Manager of Operation Services at North Fork Bank, where they managed day to day operations of multiple functions of Day 2 Bank Operations and managed relationships with Federal Reserve and other Financial Institutions and Clearinghouses. Nancy also managed the integration and conversion of systems and customer records for over 10 Bank Acquisition's. In 2007, Nancy joined Capital One as Regional Operations Site Manager/Senior Manager, where they were responsible for managing day to day operations of Research, Adjustments and Reconciliations. Nancy led a staff of 35 while supporting continuous process improvement and achieving a well managed process approach. Nancy also completed successful integrations of system changes/interfaces, reporting and processes. In 2013, Nancy joined Empire National Bank as Sr. Operations Administrator.

Nancy Leonard attended SUNY Farmingdale and obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) in Business Administration and Management, General.
