David Rabe

David Rabe is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sales and operations within the fuel distribution and energy sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales & Operations at Empire Petroleum Partners, LLC since February 2014, Rabe oversees operations across 1,350 retail fueling facilities and manages annual sales of 1 billion gallons of fuel, generating $3 billion in revenue. Previously, Rabe held various prominent roles at Chevron from 1989 to 2013, including Manager of Global Sales & Distributor Operations, Regional Sales Manager for Texas & Louisiana, and other key positions which involved sales management, emergency response during disasters, and optimization of supply chain processes. Rabe holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, both from the University of Kentucky.
