Mark Giacalone

Mark Giacalone has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and industries. Mark started their career as a Longshoreman at Fast Line from 2009 to 2014. Mark then worked at Wells Fargo as a Personal Banker from 2011 to 2013, where they were promoted for their exemplary work performance and received the CSSR of the Year Award. Mark also worked as a Launch Operator at Richmond County Yacht Club from 2005 to 2013, where they provided customer service and ensured safety while transporting passengers. Mark also worked as a Long-Term Per Diem Teacher at NYC Department of Education from 2005 to 2007. Mark joined Citi in 2013 and held various roles, including Retail Business Banker and Personal Banker II/Business Banker, until 2018. At Citi, they managed high-value business clientele, analyzed credit applications, and delivered customized banking solutions. Since 2018, Mark has been working at Israel Discount Bank as a Vice President and Private Banker, where they develop and manages a portfolio of commercial and personal clients, ensuring their needs are addressed using the bank's extensive product offerings. Currently, Mark is Vice President and Business Relationship Manager at Empire State Bank, starting in 2023.
