Ralph Branca

Ralph Branca has extensive experience in the banking industry, having held various executive positions. Ralph currently serves as the Executive Vice President at Empire State Bank since September 2021. Prior to that, they were the Senior Vice President at Northfield Bank from July 2020 to July 2021. Ralph held the position of President & CEO at VSB Bancorp, Inc. from November 2007 to July 2020, and also served as the President & CEO at Victory State Bank from November 1997 to July 2020. Before that, they worked as the VP - Finance, Investment Portfolio Manager at RiverBank America from October 1995 to November 1996, and as the VP - Finance and Investments at Hamilton Bancorp, Inc. / Hamilton Federal Savings from June 1987 to June 1995.

Ralph Branca attended Stuyvesant High School from 1979 to 1982, where they earned their HS Regents Diploma. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from The City College of New York, which they completed from 1982 to 1986. Several years later, Ralph decided to further their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance and Investments from Baruch College, attending from 1993 to 1995.
