Erin Kalish

Erin Kalish, CPA, currently serves as VP and Head of Property Accounting at Empire State Realty Trust since April 2024. Prior to this role, Erin held multiple positions at Seritage Growth Properties from June 2018 to March 2024, including VP, Corporate Controller, Director of Corporate Accounting, Corporate Accounting Manager, and Senior Corporate Accountant. Erin’s experience also includes time at BDO in the Audit - Real Estate Group from October 2016 to June 2018, and previous roles at Related Companies, Grant Thornton LLP (including both U.S. and Australia offices), and Booz Allen Hamilton. Erin earned a Master’s of Accountancy from The George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland. Early education was completed at McDonogh School.
