Joel Sylvert

Joel Sylvert, CPA, currently serves as Assistant Property Controller and previously held the position of Senior Property Accountant at Empire State Realty Trust since March 2014. Before joining Empire State Realty Trust, Joel worked as a Financial Analyst at FirstService Residential New York from August 2012 to February 2014. Earlier experience includes roles as a Staff Accountant and Bank Reconciliation Associate at Related Companies from June 2006 to July 2012. Joel earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting from Baruch College, graduating in 2006.
