Rodney Gomes

Rodney Gomes has a strong background in finance and management. Rodney began their career in 1987 as the Chief Financial Officer at Malkin Holdings L.L.C / Malkin Properties L.L.C. / Malkin Construction Corp. and affiliates, where they worked until 2013. During this time, they acquired significant expertise in financial management. In 2001, they also took on the role of a Registered Broker at Malkin Securities Corp until 2013. In 2011, they joined Empire State Realty Trust as the Chief Controller.

Rodney Gomes obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting & Information Systems from Queens College of the City University of New York in 1983. In addition to their degree, they also obtained certification as a Series 22 Direct Participation Program Representative and a Series 39 Uniform Securities Agent from Malkin Securities Corp in March 2001.
