Dennis A. Bermudez is an accomplished internal audit professional with extensive experience in financial, operational, and compliance auditing. Currently serving as the Manager of Internal Audit at Empire Today, LLC since November 2005, Dennis has successfully initiated a SOX program and implemented controls across various domains including Purchasing, Accounts Payable, and Payroll. Previous roles include Sr. Internal Auditor at Federal Signal, where the focus was on auditing in the manufacturing sector, and similar positions at GAYLORD CONTAINER CORPORATION and Tenneco, managing teams and conducting audits for diverse financial matters. Dennis holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Illinois Chicago.
