Hillary Victor

Hillary Victor is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and human resources. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at Empire Today since June 2012, Hillary has held various senior legal roles including Senior Vice President and General Counsel. Prior experience includes positions at optionsXpress by Charles Schwab as Chief Counsel and VP Legal, as well as tenure at Jenner & Block and Abramson & Fox as an Associate. Hillary holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from North Central College.
