Mark Shayne

Mark Shayne is the Senior Managing Director and Practice Leader at Empire Valuation Consultants. Mark has extensive experience in hedge fund and private equity portfolio valuations, as well as financial reporting valuations. Prior to joining Empire Valuation Consultants, Mark worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as a Manager in Business Valuation and at AXA/Equitable Capital as a Senior Financial Manager. Mark graduated from The Wharton School with a Bachelors degree in Finance, Cum Laude, and earned their MBA with Distinction in Finance & International Business from NYU Stern School of Business.
