Alessandro Tropea

Alessandro Tropea is currently serving as a Change Manager at Empiric Student Property plc since April 2024. Previously, Alessandro held the position of Senior Consultant in Organisational Change Management at Avanade from May 2021 to October 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Consultant at DXC Technology from April 2017 to May 2021, and as an Associate Consultant at CSC from September 2015 to April 2017. Alessandro began their career with a Treasury Operations Internship at Intertek in 2013, where tasks involved analyzing banking transaction volumes for various companies and preparing necessary documentation for bank agreements. Alessandro holds a Master's Degree in Business Technology Consulting from Henley Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Computing and Business from the University of Brighton.
