Evan LaFrance has extensive experience in management and leadership roles, particularly in the military and food industry. Currently serving as Support Systems Manager at Empirical Foods since September 2017, Evan previously held positions as Superintendent and Technical Superintendent. Prior military experience includes over 30 years with the United States Navy, where Evan served as a Naval Officer and DMP Coordinator, overseeing a significant $176 million modernization project for a Los Angeles class submarine. Additionally, during tenure as Material Officer at the Naval Submarine Support Center, Evan ensured optimal material conditions for Ohio class submarines. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Administrative Leadership from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Management from Hawaii Pacific University.
